Originally from Vryburg, Sarie is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in oral hygiene and dental assistance. She plays a vital role in our team, focusing on patient education and preventative care. Sarie specializes in professional cleanings, teeth whitening, fluoride treatments, and dental sealants, and is highly skilled in taking impressions and diagnostic radiographs.
Sarie serves as the "right hand" to Dr. Jocor in our orthodontic department. She handles standard adjustments, including replacing elastics and brackets, and ensures patient comfort by managing concerns like long or uncomfortable wires.
With a special heart for children’s dentistry, Sarie is certified in non-invasive fissure sealants and excels at teaching oral health habits to patients of all ages. Her wealth of experience and gentle approach make her a cornerstone of our practice.
As a dedicated member of the Jocor Dental family for nearly 8 years, Tsakane expertly balances her multifaceted role across administration, dental assistance, and practice hygiene. On the admin side, she ensures the practice runs efficiently by managing appointments and keeping the patient journey stress-free.
In the treatment room, she provides essential support to our dentists while ensuring every patient feels comfortable and cared for.Tsakane takes great pride in maintaining a spotless, clinical environment that meets the highest hygiene standards. She remains passionate about creating a welcoming space in Lephalale where patients of all ages feel at ease from the moment they arrive until they leave with a smile.
Natasha is the dedicated receptionist and administrator who ensures every visitor feels genuinely welcome. She thrives on connecting with people, and she believes that a warm smile can make all the difference. She uses her organizational skills to support the company's daily operations and contribute to exciting advancements. Natasha graduated from High School Ellisras in 2001.
At Jocor Dental, we believe in efficient and locally focused care, which is why we are proud to introduce our on-site dental laboratory located right here in Lephalale. This is housed in our new second building at 11 Herman Street, which also features a additional surgery. The biggest benefit to you is significantly reduced turnaround times because we manufacture essential items—including dental retainers, mouth guards, bite plates, and orthodontic study models—locally in Lephalale, eliminating the need to send your work away to bigger cities like Pretoria.This enables better quality control and direct collaboration between our dentists and the lab team, ensuring high-quality, precise results. Please remember, our main building and administrative hub will continue to operate at 5 Herman Street.
Jocor Dental took over from the beloved Dr Machiel Geldenhuys, an old favourite in Lephalale. Many people adored him, and he is deeply instilled in their hearts. Dr van der Linde however had a new vision for the building and renovations (its proverbial renaissance) commenced in August 2018. Jocor Dental officially opened its doors on 1 October 2018.
